PRIVATE LABEL ORDER POLICY
1. Private Label Service Scope
Our private label service includes, but is not limited to:
- Eyelash extensions (classic lashes, premade fans, flat lashes, colored lashes, laser-root lashes, YY & W lashes, multi-layer lashes, camellia…)
- Customized specifications (curl, length, thickness, material)
- Lash trays with custom brand logo
- Custom packaging (lash boxes, outer cartons, inserts)
- OEM & ODM product development
- Merit Lash supports both existing brand owners and new startups.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Orders must be in even quantities with a minimum of 10 trays per item. There is no MOQ for the number of items.
3. Customization Options
We offer full customization, including:
- Curl, length, thickness, and mix options
- Lash tray layout and labeling
- Brand logo printing
- Box shape, color, and material selection
4. Sampling Policy
- Stock samples are available for quality testing. Samples based on specific requirements will be provided within 3 working days.
- Free samples are available for up to 3 trays. Orders exceeding 3 trays may require a sample fee, which can be fully refunded upon bulk order confirmation.
- Shipping fees for samples are borne by the customer.
5. Pricing & Quotation
- Transparent pricing is provided in our price list and business contract. Any special customization or packaging requirements that may increase the price will be confirmed before ordering. There are no hidden costs after the contract is signed.
- Bulk orders receive more competitive pricing.
6. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to start production
- 50% balance to be paid before shipment
- Accepted payment methods: T/T
- Production begins only after deposit payment and design confirmation.
7. Production Lead Time
- For orders of 1,000 trays, the production lead time is 3–7 working days, starting after receipt of all boxes and labels. The final delivery time will be confirmed after all order details are reviewed.
- Please note: Complex ODM projects or large orders may require additional time, and production timelines may vary during peak seasons. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
8. Quality Control
Merit Lash follows strict quality control procedures at every stage:
- Raw material inspection
- In-process quality checks
- Final inspection before packing
We ensure that all private label products meet agreed specifications and quality standards.
9. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping methods: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Air Freight, Sea Freight…
- Shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination and shipping method
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country
- Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
10. Intellectual Property Protection
- Merit Lash strictly respects and protects client intellectual property:
- All private label designs, logos, and branding remain confidential
- We do not sell or disclose customer designs to third parties
- NDA agreements can be signed upon request
11. After-Sales Support
If any quality issues are found, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods
- Provide photos or videos for verification
- Solutions may include replacement or refund, based on mutual agreement
